Travel and Accommodations

Learn more about one of the amazing spiritual location where we will be spending our retreat.


This year our retreat is all-inclusive. Meaning, your room accommodations and your meals are included in the price of our four day retreat with a private room. If you would like to share a room, please send an email to: Scaredconnectionsedona2@gmail.com. Everything you need for a relaxing retreat will be waiting for you at the 2022 Sacred Connection Retreat. Below is some information that will help you plan your trip.
About Arrival and Check-in...
Check-in begins at 2 pm and Dinner starts at 5:30 pm. Then, join us for the 1 hour and 30 minute Introduction and Meet and Greet at 7:30 pm.
If you are arriving after 6:30 pm, please eat before your arrival. If you are checking-in after 7:30 pm, please call the Welcome Center at 928.204.3391 to make arrangements for a late check-in. Please note Mago Center's after hours number is 928.274.0439.
About Departure...
Our Program completes at 11:30 am (Lunch time) on Sunday. Participants are welcome to stay on the property until 5 pm and store their luggage at the Welcome Center, however please complete your check-out by 11:30 am. If you require a later checkout time, contact the Welcome Center.
Traveling...
By Car - If you are located close enough to Arizona or you want to save on expenses, you may decide you want to drive to Sedona. Participants can expect to drive into the retreat center and park for the duration. Directions to Mago Retreat Center can be found HERE.
By Plane - If you would like to travel to Arizona by plane, it is most common to book your flight to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, then drive into Sedona. There are many reputable car rental options within Pheonix Sky Harbor Airport.

Rooms...
You will be assigned a private room with 2 double beds and a full bath. Rooms are supplied with bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and a refrigerator. Hair dryers and alarm clocks are not supplied, but may be available at the Welcome Center. If you are coming with family or friends and would like to share a room, please contact us at: sacredconnectionsedona2@gmail.com
Welcome Center
The Welcome Center is open daily from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm and houses the front desk and gift shop. In our gift shop you can buy toiletries, snacks, clothing items, and healing tools. We accept credit cards and personal checks; There is an ATM onsite that is available during Welcome Center business hours.Adjacent to the welcome center is the lounge, which is open 24 hours a day.
Cell Phones
Cell phone reception is spotty at best. We recommend connecting Wifi calling while on property. There is a public phone outside the welcome center for domestic calls only.
Alcohol-Free, Smoke-Free & Pet-free
Sedona Mago Center for Well-being and Retreat is an Alcohol-Free, Smoke-free, Meat-free and Pet-free facility. Sedona Mago has adopted a policy to be kind and friendly to people of all different sensitivity. Service Dogs with proper identification is acceptable. Emotional support animals are not allowed on property. If you have questions regarding Sedona Mago’s

Travel Insurance
Please consider purchasing Travel Insurance for your trip. Our cancellation policy does not allow refunds (however you will have the option of sending someone of the same genre in your place).

Meals
Mago meals are pesco-vegetarian (fish and dairy are included) and served buffet style. If you have food allergies or a restricted diet, we ask that you bring your own snacks or supplements to ensure proper nutrition. A mini-refrigerator is provided in each room and a microwave and icemaker is available onsite. Cooking is not allowed in guest rooms.
